Coffee and ChatCOFFEE & CHAT is a monthly opportunity for anyone interested in an informal get-together for morning tea and in hearing a speaker on a subject of general interest. We meet on 3rd Tuesday of each month at 9.30am - 11am in the hall at Fisher Street. On Tuesday 15th September Jan Pascoe will present an illustrated talk on the wartime experiences of "Weary" Dunlop. He became famous for his work as a doctor helping Australian soldiers to survive in a notorious Japanese prisoner-of-war camp. On Tuesday 20th October retired Airline Pilot John Wood will tell us some of his experiences during an interesting life.

Couples and FriendsThis group was formed 47 years ago and was then known as the Couples Club within the West Wollongong Methodist Congregation. The purpose of the Club was to provide Christian fellowship for married couples and through the program of Activities, Education and Devotions to grow in faith and service and to care for one another. Over the years the name was changed to include singles and friends and became the Couples and Friends Club and is now a group within in the Keiraview Uniting Church Congregation with the same purpose and aims. Their is no age barrier to membership everyone is welcome. The Club holds an Annual General Meeting where a committee is elected to provide a program of meetings and outings for the members. The committee meets 4 times a year.
